True North Adventure Cruises recently hosted an exclusive lunch for Western Australian members of La Chaine des Rotisseurs.
La Chaine des Rotisseurs is an international gastronomic association with a presence in over 80 countries. Its 25,000 members are committed to bringing together those with a like-minded interest in the pleasures of fine food.
More than 40 members from Perth and surrounds embarked in the harbour city of Fremantle and revelled in the stylish surrounds of our favourite adventure-cruise ship. Highlights included a 3-hour cruise along the local coastline, award-winning Cape Naturaliste wines, a ship’s tour and, an introduction to the TRUE NORTH’s annual sailing program. From all reports, everyone was suitably impressed not only with the TRUE NORTH and its legendary adventures but also with the talents of chefs Martina and Gavin.
